Nigerian actor IK Ogbonna has blasted singer Timaya for claiming that Nigerian celebrities wear locally made clothing.
Timaya in a video on social media claimed that he did not want to be part of a list detailing the top ten stylish celebrities in Nigeria.
According to him, most celebrities wear fake clothing and locally made clothes as such should not be put in the same category as him.
IK Ogbonna and other celebrities have attacked the singer for his comments.
The light skinned actor stated in his instagram stories that instead of bashing local fashion designers, celebrities should push local brands just as foreign celebrities push their local brands such as Gucci, Prada and others.
